The story of the ZANGAARD Elite Training Program goes back 20 years. The idea and concept has it's roots to the late 1990's where standalized world processes, combined with a strong business model and excellent tools, wasn't worth much, if the people executing the strategy and tactical plans weren't onboard.

The Elite Training Program is about delevoping people and improving processes.

It's about measuring not only the facilities or the skillset of the trainer, but measuring what the audience actually learned and most importantly - if they're changing their behaviour, ways-of-working and applying the new skills.
